For more than four years, Mashuni has been providing marketing support to Maulden Vale. The firm had been reliant on local estate agents, but Mashuni created a series of alternative strategies that allowed Maulden Vale to promote its own ethos rather than simply just sell houses.
Maulden Vale prides itself on creating small communities of well-built housing, rather than sprawling estates of indistinguishable houses. The firm extends this attention to detail into its involvement with buyers, even to the extent that Michael Hillson, the MD, meets every purchaser and follows up with them once they have settled in. Mashuni devised marketing collateral that reflected the firm’s vision and practice – Mashuni’s photography, graphics and copy were of exceptionally high quality, and the material both showcased the properties and explained the Maulden Vale approach.
Mashuni developed a brand new website to showcase Maulden Vale’s activity and developments. Innovations including CGI images of new properties and 3D floorplans were also included in brochures in order to help to sell the properties off-plan. This was enhanced by further photography of completed houses and developments, including drone shots showcasing both the communities and the surrounding views. These ideas were then adapted into postcards, advertising materials and blogs, telling the stories of individual plots, from design and conception to the satisfied owners.
